Ordering - Orders are accepted through our secure shopping cart, by e-mail, telephone or mail.  Please visit our Order page for full details.

Minimums -  We have no minimum ordering requirement.

Wholesale - We always welcome wholesale inquiries from retailers or hospitality establishments interested in selling our products. Please include your tax ID or resale number with your inquiry.

Payment - We accept VISA, MasterCard, Check, Money order or PayPal.  All orders paid with a personal check will be held until the check payment has cleared the bank. There is a $20 fee for returned checks.

Sales Tax - Sales tax must be charged to all customers in the State of Nevada, unless you have a valid Nevada resale permit.  If so, please enter it into the comments section of our shopping cart, and check the 'NO' box to the question about whether the recipient address is in Nevada.

Shipping - Shipping is from Las Vegas, NV.   Our carrier of choice is UPS .  We are, however, flexible enough to consider another carrier.   Should you need your order expedited, we suggest you call to place your order. You can reach us at (702) 796-1927.  Please be sure to double check your shipping address when ordering.  Should your package be returned to us due to an incorrect address or undeliverable for any reason beyond our control,  you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Free Personal Delivery - All orders for Las Vegas and Henderson, NV qualify for Free Personal Delivery.  Please note a date and time in the comments section of our shopping cart, or contact us to arrange delivery.

International Orders - At this time we are currently shipping only to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Credits - Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or credits.  This ensures that all of our customers are receiving the finest, freshest product available.

Damage - We take special care in packaging our products.  Please inspect all packages at the time of receipt.  In case of a damaged shipment, inform the driver to note the damage on the delivery sheet and notify us immediately.  Once a delivery has been signed for it is assumed the package was delivered in good order.

Concealed Damage - If you find damaged merchandise when you unpack the order, please follow these instructions: 

1. Save the original carton and all packing material.  

2. Call UPS and inform them of your damaged shipment. They will send an inspector to inspect your package.

3. Call SuperNatural Soap and we will begin processing your claim.

 Damaged merchandise will not be replaced without a UPS inspection.

Privacy - Privacy is key. We do not share your name, address, phone number, email, or other information, with anyone else.
